OMTEC initially commenced as Official Modern Technology Computers in the year 2003 as a separate division of Ahmed Alawi Group, established in 1989 by Mr. Ahmed M Marhoon Ali Alalawi. And later Official Modern Technology modified into System Integration Company and changed our name to OMTEC.

DesignMULTISYSTEM, PLANNED FOR PURPOSE, PRODUCT FIT
A team of designers, engineers and draftsmen drive the initial phase of creating a solution that answers the performance specification of a project. Our team is distributed throughout the GCC and India and they build their designs based on site surveys, user interviews and performance specification documents.
ManagePROJECTS, APPROVALS, LOGISTICS
On award, the operation team takes over to implement the design and make it real. This involves the project planning, approvals, detail design and tracking of changes. Our experienced team of project managers, coordinators and supervisors work in harmony with our technicians, logistics crew and subcontractors to deliver on time, working our way through each phase.
InstallHARDWARES & SOFTWARES
Experienced technicians and programmers work together to build out racks, terminate and label cables, program control interfaces and do the final fixing of technology into a project. Senior technicians and specialist engineers do specialist configuration, handover, and training.
SupportHELPDESK, ADMINISTRATION, ONSITE, AMC & WARRANTY
A signed off project completion certificate marks the start of the support service period. Onsite maintenance support is a service that OMTEC extends during the warranty phase and after warranty as an annual maintenance contract. Multiple support centers distributed throughout our office locations ensure that our technicians are only a few hours away to support our installations.
